Most payment processing methods do not allow for the division of payments into multiple installments, with the exception of PayPal, which offers this option only to approved customers or account holders. The Pay in 3 feature operates similarly to a subscription model, involving fixed milestones with three equal payments that are part of the total. Payments using the "Pay in 3" option are compatible with all payment methods, including credit cards, PayPal, and bank wire transfers.
To get "Pay In 3" proposal, please fill in the INQUIRY- QUOTE form in the the artwork page, bottom section. Copy the SKU number associated with the artwork selected and paste SKU into the designated SKU Number field in the Inquiry - Quote form.

PayPal payments are supported in 200 Countries and virtually in any currency. In some countries for example USA, Canada, and EU PayPal supports a number of payment plans such as Pay in 4, Bay Now Pay Late and Monsey Instalment options 3, 6, 12, 24, months. Except the countries and region where these payment plans are supported if you are owner of the PayPal account you may apply for eligibility approval by PayPal. Customers who paid using PayPal by a single payment will earn $200 studio credit.
Bank Wire Transfer is a manual payment method. Customer choosing this method should supply essential information Name, Surname, Email, Shipping and Billing addresses. By pressing Order Confirmation/Pay button Email is automatically sent to Customer's email with the complete details of the order and two seller's corporate bank accounts to complete Bank Wire Transfer.
Customers who paid using Bank Wire Transfer by a single payment will earn $200 studio credit.
Customers can choose from various payment options, including credit card, PayPal, bank wire transfer, with the flexibility to make a single payment at Checkout, or opt for 3 payment mile stones in Pay in 3 proposal.
Selecting the single payment option grants the buyer $200 in ARTIFACTOR studio credit,
while paying with Pay in 3 option qualifies buyer for $100 in ARTIFACTOR studio credit.
Upon completion of the transaction, customers will receive their reward tokens in the form of a discount coupon code via email, which can be utilized during their next purchase at checkout.
To support customers who may feel unsure about their selections, we recommend completing the Inquiry Form located at the bottom of the Artwork selection page. Please provide the SKU of the artwork you are interested in and indicate your preference for the Return Option. Upon submission, you will receive a Purchase proposal that you can either accept, decline, or negotiate.
The Total Cost amount displayed bellow includes all cost components that must be paid upfront when opting for the Return Option.
The Return Period Fees account for the time the artwork is held by the customer, during which the seller cannot market or sell the piece. These fees are calculated at a rate of 2.5% from artwork price per month.
Additionally, Handling Costs reflect the seller's efforts in manufacturing, packaging, and preparing shipping documentation.
Total Cost = Item Price +Delivery Shipping + Return Shipping + Return Period Fees + Handling Costs
The Return Option presents two distinct outcomes:
If the customer chooses to return the artwork during the Return Period, the only refundable amount is the Item price paid for the item itself, as there is no valid reason for the seller to incur losses by refunding any other components of the Total Cost, which are non-refundable.
Conversely, if the customer decides to keep the artwork, all components of the Total Cost, excluding the item price, should be refunded to ensure complete order fulfillment. This includes the fees for both Shipping and Return Period Fees paid.
Credit Cards
Payments can be made using the most widely accepted credit cards, supported by the PayPlus Gateway platform, which ensures the highest level of security for credit card transactions in accordance with the global 3DS standard. We do not store any customer credit card information on our servers. The credit card payment option allows customers to divide the total payment into several monthly installments, with a current maximum of 4 Interest Free installments available. We are committed to reviewing this policy to potentially adjust the maximum number of allowed installments in order to better accommodate the needs and preferences of our customers and BNPL loans providers plans and policies.
Invoicing when using monthly instalments is done in 48 business hours after each charging customer's credit card is confirmed. Invoice is sent to Customers via email.
