  • Before shipment, every artwork undergoes a meticulous preparation process. This includes coating the piece with archival UV protection wax (Duraland), constructing secure packaging, and arranging international customs documentation. 

    Total Preparation Time: Between 14 and 26 business days (approximately 2–4 weeks).

    To provide our customers with the best possible value, all original oil paintings and limited-edition reproductions (editions of 20) are securely shipped rolled inside a heavy-duty protective tube. All shipments are fully insured to cover the complete value of the artwork as stated in your purchase order.

    Artworks are typically dispatched to your specified address within 5–10 business days following the preparation period.

    Artifactor Studio will make every effort to promptly notify you via email should an unexpected delay occur due to reasons beyond our control.

  • We offer 100% Free International Shipping with flexible door-to-door delivery options worldwide via trusted global carriers:

    • Direct to Your Door: Shipped straight to your home or office address.

    • Direct to Your Local Framer: We can ship the artwork directly to a professional framing shop of your choice so it can be stretched and framed immediately. If you need assistance, we are happy to research and recommend a trusted local professional in your area.

    📌 Please Note for Framer Deliveries:

    While Artifactor Studio covers 100% of the shipping costs to your chosen local framer, you are responsible for coordinating their framing services, covering all framing costs, and arranging the final transport or pickup of the finished piece to your home.

  • To ensure your complete satisfaction, Artifactor Studio offers a transparent return policy. If for any reason you decide to return your purchased artwork, you may do so by notifying us in writing and adhering to the following guidelines:

    • 30-Day Return Window: You can initiate a return for any reason within 30 business days of receiving your artwork.

    • How to Notify Us: Please submit your return request via email. To help us process it efficiently, please attach a copy of your original purchase confirmation email.

    • Original Packaging: To safeguard the artwork during transit, the piece must be returned exclusively in its original protective packaging.

    • Shipping Logistics: You are responsible for contacting an established international courier company to schedule the return pickup. You must provide Artifactor Studio with the courier's name, contact information, and the tracking number via email once shipped.

    • Return Costs: Return shipping fees and international courier expenses are the sole responsibility of the customer.

    • Full Refund: Upon our successful receipt and inspection of the returned item, a full refund will be issued directly to your original payment method.

Credit Cards

Payments can be made using the most widely accepted credit cards, supported by the PayPlus Gateway platform, which ensures the highest level of security for credit card transactions in accordance with the global 3DS standard. We do not store any customer credit card information on our servers. The credit card payment option allows customers to divide the total payment into several monthly installments, with a current maximum of 4 Interest Free installments available. We are committed to reviewing this policy to potentially adjust the maximum number of allowed installments in order to better accommodate the needs and preferences of our customers and BNPL loans providers plans and policies.

Invoicing when using monthly instalments is done in  48 business hours after each charging customer's credit card is confirmed. Invoice is sent to Customers  via email.
