Packaging Instructions for Return Shipment
Keep all components of the original packaging until your decision bearing in mind that Return Period is 14 business since the delivery confirmation day. When return period expires no return requests will be accepted
Packaging components: Clear sleeve, Plastic rigid waterproof telescopic tube, Rectangular rigid cardboard box
Place plastic telescopic tube adjusted to length of 100 cm (39.4”) into rectangular cardboard box 4” by 4” by 41” . Insert flaps into opening and close box end opening
Secure end opening of the cardboard box by crossed 3M silver type stripes pto prevent cardboard flaps from opening in shipping transition.
Print Shipping Documentation:
1. Copy of original Purchase Order
2. Signed, dated copy of the Return Commercial Invoice
Fold printed copies and place them into clear pouches attached to the box close pouch zipper to secure documents. You received copy of the Purchase Order instantly after completing payment at checkout. You shall receive PDF copy of the Return Commercial Invoice by filing in Request for Return proforma and essential details on Return Portal page. As indicated above Print, Sign, Date and place these documents into clear pouch.
Remove old shipping labels if possibleto not , blacken barcodes to prevent scanning of old labels.
Print new Return Labels from PDF file forwarded to you by either Carrier or Seller Artifactor Studio. Attach labels firmly into the box. It is good practice to print several labels and attach them onto different surfaces of the cardboard box, just in case if one of them has damaged barcode custom officer can scan another one.
Documents printed, signed and securely stored in clear pouch. Return labels printed and firmly attached to the cardboard box. Your packaging ready to be picked up ny Carrier, or to be dropped at multiple Carier Drop points.
