Return Policy

To ensure your complete satisfaction, Artifactor Studio offers a transparent return policy. If for any reason you decide to return your purchased artwork, you may do so by notifying us in writing, within five business days after artwork delivered, and adhering to the following guidelines:

  • 18-Business days Return Window: You can initiate a return for any reason within 18 business days from the date of receiving artwork you ordered.

  • The return must be completed in 18 business days since the date of delivery after this period no retunes will be accepted.

  • How to Notify Us: Please submit via email your “Return Artwork” email notification within five business days which start after the date artwork is delivered to your premisses, e.g., Unframed artwork to your shipping address.  To help us process it efficiently, please attach a copy of your original purchase confirmation email of your Return Artwork request.

  • Original Packaging: To safeguard the artwork during Return transit, the artwork must be returned exclusively in its original protective packaging and all packaging materials delivered to you.

  • Label with Return Adress of ARTFACTOR Ltd is already attached by ARTIFACTOR Ltd to Original Packaging and clearly states Return Address.

  • Shipping Logistics: You are responsible for contacting an established international courier, DHL, FedEx or UPS, to schedule the Return package pickup.  

  • Carrier may ask you provide additional documentation such as released by custom inspection when package arrived at your country and was subjected to custom inspection before delivered to you. Usually, custom inspection officers attach this documentation in clear plastic pocket attached to Original Packaging, keep it until you facilitate Return Shipping.

  • You must provide ARTIFACTOR Studio with the courier's name, contact information, and the tracking number via email once artwork is shipped.

  • Return Costs: Return shipping fees and international courier expenses including shipment insurance (can be verified with chosen courier, typically about ~1-3% of the declared value, e.g., price in order confirmation invoice). are the sole responsibility of the customer.

  • Full Refund: Upon our successful receipt and inspection of the returned item, a full refund will be issued in five business says directly via your original payment method.
